All products are print-on-demand and made-to-order. Each item is created specifically for you when your order is placed, meaning we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at quirkyprintboutique@yahoo.com with clear photographic evidence. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you. Claims received outside this window cannot be actioned as they fall outside our fulfilment partner's defect reporting period.

Incorrect delivery address Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. Orders sent to an incorrect address cannot be refunded as items are produced and dispatched immediately.
